VALLEY DOGS RESCUE

Who We Are

Formed in  2008, Valley Dogs has helped hundreds of dogs find their forever homes. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit (EIN: 26-0896950), no-kill animal rescue organization whose mission is to rescue dogs that have been abandoned, neglected, or otherwise placed in harm's way; to provide temporary housing for adoptable dogs, and to promote and encourage the responsible care of pets, especially spaying or neutering, micro-chipping and vaccination of dogs and puppies.

Adoption Process

At Valley Dogs we make every effort to place the right animal in the right home. To aid in this goal, we use trained Adoption Consultants to help you select the best match for your lifestyle. You will meet with an Adoption Consultant and discuss your lifestyle, activity level, expectations, likes/dislikes, and past experiences with animals. Your consultant will then recommend the best match for your family and your lifestyle. Read more about the process on the FAQ page.

Fundraising Efforts

Valley Dogs relies on the generosity of the community to fund its efforts. Because we are a charitable organization run solely by volunteers and governed by a non-compensated board of directors, every penny from every donation goes directly back into the organization to pay for veterinary care and medicine bills, housing costs and food . Physical items are also accepted and may be tax deductible.
