Jake is a 5-6 month old Neutered Male Yellow Lab/Hound mix.

Rescued from a Farm in Tucson where he and his siblings were more or less left to defend for themselves. Jake is VERY TIMID but with the RIGHT owner he is a Sweetheart.

Jake will need someone who has LOTS of Patience to allow him to come out of his shell and learn that humans are ok and he can trust them. He is closer to his Foster Mom and good with kids and other dogs. So we feel a woman may suit him best. He REALLY loves to be with other dogs so if you have another doggie looking for a Buddy, Jake may be your guy! He is house broke, knows Sit and is learning Come and that it is Ok to let humans touch you!
