Can you say lucky! Yup me. I have a loving family that no longer can care for me but want to make sure I have a good home.

I am neutered and have all my shots. I would prefer to be an only pup but live with two others now. One issue is I think I am top dog and so do they. So, I either need a submissive dog as a friend or to be an only pup.

I love playing dress up (can't you tell by the look I have with my sweater!). Well I just love people and will let you do what you would like with me. Be it dress up or cuddling. I am such a happy boy thus the name Billy Wiggles! Do you have room and the commitment for me?
